Your Tasks
- Erster Ansprechpartner:in in allen Fragen des Bereichs: Standortübergreifend (intern/extern)
- Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Terminmanagement und Organisation von Meetings
- Geschäftsreisen und Abrechnung von Reisekosten für Führungskräfte des Teams
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten & Statistiken
- Organisation des Finance Trainee-Programms
- Verantwortlich für den Auftritt Bereichs in CoCo
- Verantwortlich für Vertragsmanagement und Dokumentation
- Sonstige Sonderaufgaben im Finance Bereich
Your Profile
- (Sehr-)gut abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Zahlenaffinität
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
- Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
