We are looking for a Project Manager, located in Frankfurt, from 05/01/2025 or earlier, who will support our CEO in the strategic and operational management of the company. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, manage projects and support the CEO in the implementation of the company strategy. The Project Manager acts as a central coordination point to ensure that initiatives are implemented efficiently and that the company presents itself professionally and convincingly to the public.

Your Tasks
Presentations and communication
- Creating and revising presentations for internal and external events and conferences
- Preparation of documentation, presentations and draft resolutions for the decision-making bodies of DERTOUR Group and REWE Group
- Assisting the CEO in preparing for public appearances, including speeches and panel discussions
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence and a convincing message in communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate with communications and marketing teams to develop and disseminate corporate messages
Communication and stakeholder management
- Key contact person for internal and external stakeholders at C-level
- Ensuring an efficient flow of information between the CEO, managers and other relevant partners
- Preparation of reports, decision templates and updates for board meetings, partner meetings and industry associations
- Supporting the coordination and preparation of Board and Extended Leadership Board meetings
Implementation support
- Implementation, follow-up and and monitoring of agreements, reached by the highest decision-making bodies / cascading of information & decisions
- Regular reporting to the CEO on progress and challenges
Operational support for the CEO
- Optimization of processes and procedures in the CEO's office
- Assisting in scheduling, prioritizing tasks and managing day-to-day business.
- Organization an moderation of executive meetings, annual plans and strategy workshops
Special tasks and representation
- Perform ad hoc tasks at the direction of the CEO, including sensitive or confidential issues
- Representing the CEO at selected appointments, meetings or events
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, tourism management, communications or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role, strategy department or management consultancy – preferably with industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in German and English
- Experience in preparing and conducting presentations for demanding audiences.
- Interest in the travel industry, including market and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable and visually appealing way
- Experience in project management, including leading cross-functional initiatives
- High resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Confident appearance and ability to represent the company at the highest level.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Discretion and trustworthiness, especially when dealing with sensitive issues
