South of Hurghada, the DERTOUR Group opened two resorts in April 2025. Sentido Naga Bay is the perfect place for guests who value good food and excellent service and want to pamper body and soul on holiday. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to take reins at Sentido Naga Bay.

Your Tasks
- Managing overall hotel operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
- Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the guest experience
- Leading, inspiring, and empowering the hotel team to deliver outstanding performance
- Implementing and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Your Profile
- Proven Experience: Established track record as a Hotel/Resort Manager or in a top-tier hospitality leadership role
- Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of hotel operations and superior guest experiences
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (German is a valuable asset)
- Added Advantage: Resort management or pre-opening expertise
